Quantity

The credits can be used to offset any items(except sales items), including preorders.
There is no expiry date for stored credits.
If your total preorders or purchases exceed the credit value, the outstanding balance can be paid by any modes of payment. The outstanding balance will not be entitled to member's discount or any other discounts.
All items paid by the credits will not be entitled to member's discount or any other discounts.
Stored credits cannot be paid by stored credits.
Stored credits are not refundable nor transferrable. Any unused stored credits are non-refundable.
Items paid by stored credits are non-exchangeble and non-refundable.
You may purchase any numbers of stored credits(and of different denomintions (ie. S$650 or S$1500) and combine them.
Once payment has been made for the stored credits, your credits will be reflected in your account(if you do not have an account,do register for one on our website)within 24 hours. An email will be sent to you to notify you that the amount has been credited to you and you may use start to use the credits.
