Return and Exchange Policy

If you are looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free exchange within 30 working days from the date of your purchase

You can exchange for different product(s) of the same value or higher. 

You may also choose to return as store credit to be offset for future purchases. There is no time limit to the store credit issued.

Please note that once the item is exchanged, there will be no future exchange. 

For purchases made using store credits, it will be considered as exchanged items and hence no further exchange is allowed. 

Please do note that sales items and accessories are non exchangeable nor refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

To initiate an exchange or store credit, please email to us or whatsApp us at +65 98630821, stating your intention to exchange or convert to store credit, your name and order ID and we will gladly guide you accordingly. 

For local purchase, all exchanges are free, there is no delivery fee payable for the return of the exchange items to us. We will contact you to arrange for the courier to pick up the items from you.

For overseas purchases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
